An important aspect of the game is forming a 'mill,' which occurs when a player successfully aligns three of their pieces in a row. This achievement permits that player to remove one piece of the opponent from the board.
A player is deemed to have lost the game if they have only two pieces left or if they are unable to make any moves. This adds an intriguing layer of strategy as players must balance offense and defense while navigating the board.
